Malaysia Shipping Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
By placing an order for delivery within Malaysia, you agree to these Shipping Terms & Conditions in addition to our standard Terms of Service. Please review all information carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Shipping Coverage
We provide shipping services throughout Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Certain remote or rural areas may have limited delivery coverage or extended delivery times.
3. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped via GDEX Logistic partners. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
4. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, additional processing time may be required.
5. Delivery Time
- Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated 2–5 business days.
- Sabah & Sarawak: Estimated 5–10 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier scheduling, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
6. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping is available for orders with a minimum purchase of RM500 or more (before taxes and discounts).
- Free shipping applies only to standard delivery within Malaysia and may not apply to certain remote locations.
- For order below RM500, the general shipping fee will be applied as per the table below.

7. Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking number will be sent via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
- Please inspect your parcel upon receipt.
- If your item is damaged or missing, contact us within [3–5 days] of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- Claims will be investigated with GDEX Logistic partners, and replacements or refunds will be provided based on the outcome.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to receive, or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees or deduct applicable costs from any refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.
10. Changes & Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Malaysia Shipping Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
International Shipping Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
By placing an order for international delivery, you agree to these International Shipping Terms & Conditions, in addition to our standard Terms of Service. Please review all information carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship internationally to selected countries. Availability of international shipping may vary based on the product and destination. We reserve the right to update or restrict shipping destinations at any time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Orders are shipped via GDEX Logistic partners.
- Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, typically ranging from 7–21 business days.
- Delivery time are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Costs
- For international customers or delivery location outside of Malaysia, the general shipping fee will be applied as per the table below.

- In certain cases where the actual shipping cost exceeds the stated shipping fee due to factors such as parcel weight, size, or remote delivery locations, customers will be required to bear the additional shipping charges. We will contact customers prior to shipment for confirmation and payment of any additional fee.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.
- Any additional duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or refusal to pay duties/taxes.
6. Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
- Some destinations may have limited or no tracking information after departed the origin country.
7. Restricted or Prohibited Items
Certain products cannot be shipped internationally due to import restrictions, carrier policies, or local regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders that include prohibited items.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [1~2 days] with photos of the packaging and item.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to pay duties and/or additional shipping fees or failure to claim the package, the returning shipping costs and any return fees will be deducted from the order refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.
